New Service Bay App Coming Soon

Expand your AutoLoop Messaging™ capabilities and streamline processes between technicians and advisors with the all-new Service Bay app for iOS and Android. Service Bay will be launching soon and it’s going to make interaction between your team members easier and more efficient.

The Service Bay app enables technicians to upload photos, videos, and notes related to a specific RO which the service advisor can easily access within Messaging. This allows the advisor to then send the assets directly to the customer. This simplifies the process for the service advisor, and gets important information regarding a vehicle repair to the customer quicker.

Service Bay also gives technicians visibility into open ROs. They can select from a list, search, input a number, or even create one.
